Sales Representative | Hybrid (Cape Town)

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, driven and passionate Sales Representative who genuinely believes in the Veldskoen® brand and what South Africa represents. This is more than a sales role - it is an opportunity to help grow one of South Africa’s most iconic brands into a global business.

What You Will Do
You will play a key role in expanding our footprint locally and internationally by building strong relationships and driving new business.

• Identify and secure new retail, B2B and wholesale opportunities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners

• Actively manage and grow existing accounts to maximise sales performance

• Represent the brand at events, activations and trade shows

• Train retail staff and customers on the Veldskoen® product range and brand story

• Ensure excellent service delivery across all accounts

• Follow up on sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline

• Manage account collections and ensure accounts remain up to date

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking someone who is commercially sharp, highly motivated and excited to take ownership of growth.

• Proven sales experience, ideally within retail, footwear, apparel or lifestyle brands

• Strong business development capability and a track record of opening new accounts

• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills

• Confident communicator with strong presentation ability

• Professional, reliable and comfortable representing the brand in any environment

• Self-disciplined, resilient and driven to consistently exceed targets

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a fast-paced team environment

• Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits and brand opportunities

• A genuine passion for South Africa, its people and its entrepreneurial spirit
