Veldskoen plakkie - Thick Strap (Brown Leather)

Al 3 my seuns het hierdie plakkie en hul dra dit elke dag, selfs werk toe. Die een seun is baie swaar op skoene en loop dit sommer gou-gou deur of stukkend - ek kan met alle eerlikheid sê, hierdie plakkie is nog al een wat hou.

Awesome until it wasnt

Been wearing these for 4mths now.....absolutely loved them as they feel weighty and well built. Unfortunately after 4mths the soles have decided they no longer love the leather and have come off....I have bought some glue and am hoping I can rescue these, but I think the soles need to be attached to the leather in a better way to avoid this issue....Pity!!

Disappointed

Purchased the leather plakkie 5 months ago. Initially I was very satisfied but today the toe thong broke and I am experiencing the leather starting to part with the soles.

My husband loves his plakkies and he was looking for something similar to the plakkies he used to have before, I came across this plakkie & decided to purchase it for him. It's the best plakkie ever. With the scorching heat in Cape Town recently, this plakkie doesn't make your feet smell at all, he loves it, very comfortable and I am sure it is going to last him a few years. I plan to purchase myself a pair soon.

Rock hard

Quality of these sandals are excellent, can't fault it. However, be prepared for a rock hard sole. They become seriously uncomfortable after a while. I am a fan of Veldskoen, but this shoe is not great.

Good quality, but rock hard on your soles

I bought these expecting super comfortable sandals (I am a fan of Veldskoen). BUT, these soles are rock hard, I had to stop wearing them due to the pressure on my soles. Pity.
